Please allow 7–12 business days for delivery, which includes both production and shipping time.

After December 31, 2025, standard U.S. shipping will be a flat rate of $8.99 per order under $65 until further notice.

Order Tracking: After your order has shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow its journey until delivery.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@humanNdivine.com .  You must report a lost-in-transit shipment no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue promptly and with care.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes determined by your local government. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
